বাস্তবায়িত শিক্ষা সপ্তাহে প্রাথমিক শিক্ষায় অবদানের জন্য প্রতি বছর শ্রেষ্ঠ ব্যক্তিত্ব
নির্বাচন করে থাকেন। এক্ষেত্রে উপজেলা পর্যায় থেকে জাতীয় পর্যায় পর্যন্ত ধাপে ধাপে
শ্রেষ্ঠ ব্যক্তিত্ব বাছাই করা হয়। শ্রেষ্ঠ কাব শিক্ষক বাছাইয়ের ক্ষেত্রে একজন শিক্ষকের
বার্ষিক কার্যক্রমের যে যে বিষয় বিবেচনা করা হয় তা ছক আকারে দেওয়া হল। আশা করি কাব
কর্যক্রমে গতিশীলতা আনতে এবং একজন কাব শিক্ষক হিসেবে নিজেকে মূল্যায়ণ করতে এটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ
ভূমিকা পালন করবে।
